As of February 2007, Boulder Land Consultants, Inc. will celebrate its 20th Anniversary of performing successful land surveying and mapping projects in the greater Boulder County region and throughout the State of Colorado. Our staff includes a registered professional land surveyor, a registered land surveyor intern, and over 40 years of combined land surveying experience.

Our range of land surveying services includes topographic and site base mapping, ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys, boundary surveys and boundary dispute analysis, legal description and legal document preparation, construction layout, subdivision platting and geodetic control surveying.

Boulder Land Consultants, Inc. maintains two field crews which have considerable expertise in a variety of surveying situations. Each field crew is equipped with computerized field equipment (including robotics and GPS technology), making them capable of resolving problems on the site as they may arise. Our expert office staff maintains a 3-D coordinate database for each project and prepares our mapping in AutoCAD format. All projects are personally reviewed by the company president before being delivered to the client.

In addition to providing conventional land surveying services, Boulder Land Consultants, Inc. continues to provide aerial photogrammetry and mapping (through our sub consultant, Landmark Mapping Ltd of Lakewood, CO), CAD service's, digital topographic mapping, and global positioning technology (GPS) to our clients.

Our current client list includes the City of Boulder (Transportation, Parks & Recreation, and Open Space/ Mountain Parks Depts.), State of Colorado (University of Colorado Facilities Mgmt., Adams State College Facilities Mgmt., Western State College Facilities Mgmt.), Pratt Management Company of Longmont, CO, and Caribou Ranch of Nederland, CO.
