Jason Emery,
President of Boulder Land Consultants, Inc., Colorado Professional Land Surveyor No. 20134, Current Boulder County Surveyor, and Project Principal & Project Manager.

Jason directly oversees all surveying projects. This involvement includes review of calculations, field data analysis, coordination and review/checking of CADD-based and conventional map preparation. Jason is readily available to clients for consultation or review of on-going project progress. Jason founded Boulder Land Consultants, Inc. in 1987 and has over 30 years of land surveying experience. His expertise includes boundary analysis, topographic mapping, subdivision platting and CADD related services. In November 2006, Jason was elected tohis second four-year term as Boulder County Surveyor.

Terry Pickering,
Survey Operations Manager and Chief of Field Parties,
Colorado Registered Land Surveyor Intern

Terry, survey project manager and director of CADD operations, has over 10 ars of practical field experience as a survey professional. Terry serves as resident expert in robotic and GPS surveying, and also oversees construction-surveying services for the company. A member of the "BLC" team since 1998, Terry's attention to detail, and his pursuit of high quality project data, makes him a valuable addition to our staff.
In his spare time, Terry enjoys snowboarding and motorcycling.

Patrick Oliver,
Survey Technician

Patrick is a relatively recent addition to the staff at Boulder Land Consultants, Inc. A Colorado native, he graduated from University of Colorado — Denver. Patrick has an extensive background in the title insurance and real estate industries. As a survey technician, Patrick oversees survey instrumentation, handles field calculations, field data collection, and topographic data analysis.
